Traffic Route:
  1. By Car:Drive on National Free Way No.1, go down on Chongqing North Road Interchange(toward Shilin), pass the Bailing Bridge, turn left to Sec. 5& 6 of Chengde Rd., turn right to Sec.1 of Shi-Pai Rd., go straight to Sec.2, Shi-Pai Rd., and turn left to Alley 113, Sec.2, Shi-Pai Rd., then turn right to the Special Police First Headquarters.
  2. By Public Transit:
    Take MRT Tamsui Line, get off at Shipai Station, and walk toward Taipei Veteran General Hospital for about 5-8 minutes. Then you can get to the Special Police First Headquarters.
